Killing Tony
Excerpts from My Diary
Among the most shocking crimes in recent human history, the perpetrators are still at large. Based on the real-life account of one family's search for answers to save the life of a loved one; those that claimed to know, didn't, and those who could have helped were silenced. Medical bungling takes hundreds of thousands of innocent lives every year, and there are no consequences for any of these little murders. Hundreds of thousands is just a number. "Killing Tony" is what really happens — to families and communities. Records are deliberately sanitized for the benefit of would-be auditors, victims, and concerned onlookers alike. Once again, the illusion of civilized among higher apes is called into question.
